Hey guys, sorry for posting this here. I have tried e-mailing and calling PlanetFeedback to get this answered and I have not heard back from them. My question is how is a company able contact me if I remove all of my personal information from a publicly posted letter on pfb? Does the company receive a version of my letter that has my contact information left in it or is my account information automatically sent to the company with my letter? Thank you, cg2333
Still no reply from PFB. I've e-mailed them, called them, and searched all over their website and this one and I've been unable to find an answer to this question. If anyone who understands this better then I do can quickly answer this I'd greatly appreciate it. Thank you, cg2333
I only used PFB once or twice, so I don't really remember, but don't you only hide the info from the public? Doesn't your e-mail address still go to the company?
