Has anyone had success using plantfeedback? It looks interesting, but what do they REALLY do? Do companies really take them seriously?
I received a credit limit from Capital One after submitting a complaint via planetfeedback. I also received a response from Providian in reference to my inability to open a providian account. I just sent another complaint to Providian yesterday about not updating my CR with paid in full with all of the CRAs. Sp yes, it is a great vehicle to voice valid compliments and complaints with companies. Mike G.
Thanks Mike... I wrote out a few, 1 to Firestone and 1 to Ford about my Firestone AT Tires I have on my 2000 Explorer. I will let you know what happens.
