    How long does it normally take for a responce? I wrote to Capital One about their low credit limits.

    It has been a week for me now. I received an automated e-mail response from Capital One immediately and have not heard a peep from them since.
    How long have you been waiting?

    I sent a letter via Planetfeedback about 4 days ago. I also received the automated response that CapitalOne received my letter, but I have not heard anything since. We'll see. Good luck to you guys!

    FYI,

    I would call the executive office if you go two days without a call. I did and received substantial increases on all my accounts.

    It has been about a week and a half for me. I also got the email aqnd that was all.
