plat select APR hike reversed

    I received notice that my rate was going from 8.99 to 11.99. Called retention to complain and APR was dropped to 6.99 (prime plus 2.99) effectively immediately.

    Retention's number is 800-444-2568

    7.90% TO 9.99%

    6.99% DONE DEAL!!!!!!!!

    STILL HAVE 4.90% BT NO FEE TILL PAID (ON GOING)

    I "THINK" THIS WAS JUST A TRIAL BALOON...most of the gas stations I use just went DOWN $0.05...BUT one place went UP $0.08!!!

    I guess they want to TEST THE MARKET???
