Platinum Mastercard

    I have a Platinum mastercard with a $7,000
    line on it. Has anyone had any experience with this card. How hard is it to get a credit line increase. Thanks in advance Jim b

    Who is the card issuer (bank)?

    It is citibank USA. Do you have the card?

    Nope, sorry. I've got MBNA and Discover platinums. Years ago (pre-1990) I had a citibank card, but I really don't remember how they were as far as customer service or anything.

    I just received a pre-approved card from Discover Platinum today. How is just card? It looks pretty good. Any comments out there. Thanks in advance Jim b

    I don't but they keep sending me pre-approved cards. I have four active cards and the rest I closed out.
