Now this is the newest I have seen in regards to offers. I have seen the infamous pre-approved, pre-selected and even invitation to apply, but this lastest is new wording to me. It was from BOA, I trashed it of course i don't want no more cards or inquiries. Just curious is this is the latest wording of offers going on now?? Still means nothing to me, if it requires more than a signature, then it isn't a gimme in my book. Mom

RE: Platinum Visa Request Cert That Platinum card sounds like more trouble than it's worth. I like credit offers that are straightforward and easy to understand. If I have to request a certificate in order to qualify for a card, then forget it!
