   I'd send the DV, CMRRR. Include the disclaimer that its inconvenient to contact you by phone and all communication must be in writing. I wouldn't send a C&D letter.

   What does "work" mean in this context? Remember that if you give a CA no options, that is their best reason to really turn it over to the attorneys.
