I need some insight on this if you can....

On my credit report a TL I disputed a couple times now has listed under "status"- no status
and under consumer statement it says..this account is in dispute under the Fair credit reporting act.

What does this mean, and how does it look to potential creditors/mortgage lenders checking the cr?

Presently the dispute is not being investigated, after my last dispute about a month ago on this particular tl this is how it is listed.

Anyone ever have this listing before and had success disputing it (yet again) with the CRA for deletion?

    Thanks for any help.

It looks like pure BS from Experian. This way they are telling you: "we know that you are disputing the item but we won't do anything about it".

Yeah, exactly.....So now what are my options, do I have any legal recourse here? What should I do or what would you do?
