I received a settlement offer from Midland Credit Management on a Beneficial loan from 1998. There are 2 accounts together but I opened one in MO where the SOL is 10 years (according to whychat's website) and one in OK where the SOL is 5 years (assuming these are written contracts). I currently live in Kansas where the SOL is 5 years.

Which SOL do I go by?

Do I send them some sort of validation letter or wait for it to drop off next year?

From Asset Acceptance, I received a letter offering the following suitable arrangements....etc. on a debt from Bankfirst. DOLA is 10/99.

    Same questions here.
