I sent a dispute letter asking them to remove an item from my credit report. They have come back with a generic letter saying that they have investigated this before and will not do so again per FCRA. I don't know what do do. This same item was removed by the other CRA but transunion seems to have it being verified. Any thought on how I should proceed?
