Tu is reporting a repo by the CA, however there is no updated date, opened date or closed date. I contacted the OC and asked for the date this account was charged off. They wrote me stating and I quote, "about 9/15/95 do not have exact date." Well I figured I'm close enough to the 7 year rule and disputed it - well it came back verified. Do you think i disputed it too soon? And do you think the fact that there are no dates being listed has an influence? The CA is commercial services group. Thank you for any help with this. Chris
