I have requested copies of all 3 reports to clean them up. TU was the first to arrive and shows 3 entries. 1. A positive entry from a defunct department store last reported in 3/95. 2. Simmons Bank for a charged off credit card. I opened the account in 1987 and stopped making payments in 1995 but TU shows the last Dated Reported as 4/2001. 3. Americredit repo. I opened the account in 11/95, lost the car in 1997 and stopped making payments in 1997. They show the last Date Reported as 9/2002. 4. Judgment for $1,000 from 9/97 which should automatically drop off this year. What can I do the challenge the re-aging for #2 and #3? Thanks for reading.

Dispute as obsolete with the CRAs. 3*Being it's this close to falling off dispute it as obsolete with the CRAs. 4*Disput judgment as obsolete since it's this close to falling off anyway they might just delete it early. ****************************************************** NEW MEMBERS READ THIS. http://consumers.creditnet.com/straighttalk/board/showthread.php?s=&postid=410243#post410243 ******************************************************* >
