I know I look like a newbie, but I have been reading these boards for several months, and now can say I have gotten 5 CA's deleted and 1 civil judgement. Now all I have left on my Credit Reports are derogs with OC. What is the best route to dispute with the OC? Any help would be appreciated Anna
How did you get your civil judgement deleted? I have two. Was yours old? With OC's, I have had the best luck sending goodwill letters to ask them to delete the late payments. It worked three times and didn't work on two, which I will wait a few months and try something else. The ones it did work on were paid off accounts several years ago.
I just disputed the judgement with the CRA's as not mine. The County didn't reply and they deleted. It was simple, Anna
