I had a charge card with a company (NEXcard) that was discharged in BK in April '99. In June '99 acct was transferred to a differant company (AAFES) who assigned a differant acct #. Both are showing Chap 7 but 1st acct is also showing "acct closed due to transfer". I spoke to a cust rep who told me too bad...that is the way we are told to report this. Someone PLEASE help me with this. It is a double neg acct for the same damn account.
