    I want a regular visa/mastercard. I went bad on Citibank about 15 years ago. I applied and denied me because of that. I have about 15 months of new credit, nothing else bad. What regular card to suggest I apply for. I already have Providian,Capital One etc. What about Chase, BofA, First Usa etc .

    Apply at the bank or credit union that you use.

    Stay away from First USA!

    I agree. First USA loves extra fees. I can se them salivating at the thought of getting your money...
