We just received a copy of our credit report and Macys/GEMB is reporting a date of last payment 06/00, date and method or reporting 07/00, Account type "Included in Bankruptcy". The problem is we filed a Ch13 in 1993, which was discharged in 1996. How can they have a date of last payment 07/00? This is the only account from the BK that is still showing (even a different Macy's card is no longer reporting.) How do we get this corrected or removed?
