I am new to this forum & tried reading up on all types of information that I can. I have 4 accounts that has been paid after collection to the CA's. The accounts are showing a zero balance and I am trying to get them deleted. Should I send a validation letter to the CA & a Not mine letter to the CRB once the green card comes back? If not please help me get this started. Thanks!
They are actually legitimate accounts. You can try disputing as "not mine" with the CRA and see if they come off.
