If you are interested in something very similar which is actually operating, try PayPal. www.paypal.com As for getting a credit or debit card from a US or Canadian Bank in Russia or any part of the former Soviet Union, forget it. There is so much corruption and fraud there, any bank with a modicum of sanity wouldn't even begin considering it.

RE: No good. They accepted applications in october, but now they do not. I've got this card from them. But i think it is a @!#$. Why there is no their address and so on. On the card is written: 'This card is issued by L&G Bank S.A.L. Do u what bank is it?
