first off i would like to say that i am very happy to join this board and thanks in advanced to everyone who's willing to help me. I had a defaulted student loan that was garnished my wages 2 years ago, now it's all done paid for. It reported in my credit file as "paid collection" which mean same as "bad debt". how can I either have it remove completely or have it reported in a more favorable way like "paid" and retract all past dues reported?
