Bekka -- We are not attorneys. I've not been here long but I've been here long enough to notice that those who ask redundant questions (such as those that are in the newbie links or FAQ) get ignored. Demanding attitudes don't get help either. That said, paying your credit card is different than not paying your doctor. You've paid your doctor and it's not the fault of your cc company that you disagree with the quality of services from your physician. The time to dispute paying for substandard services was BEFORE you put it on your credit card. What's to dispute? If you'd bought a dress on your cc and returned it and then didn't get credit for it, you have something to dispute. Buying a dress and not liking it.... AND?????? You obviously can't return plastic surgery. Pay your obligation and fight the doctor's performance in civil court. Two separate issues. Do you have the wrong board? Well if you're not looking to improve your credit, then yes you do. Shanyl
You confuse my being demanding with desperation and plain ol ignorance of my rights. I didn't think you were an attorney I just thought you were a group of people who had knowledge in areas that I didn't and were willing to help others with that knowledge. KayKay was those things and you're just hateful and belligerant so bite me.
