HI everyone, I submited a letter on behalf of my wife on october 11th disputing some items to a CRA, they replied with a letter saying that i wass using a firm or something and in order to process the dispute they wanted me to fill out a peper they sent me with the dispute. For whatever resason I did not re-submit the paper untill October 29th. Now I get a letter from the CRA telling me that this letter they received is additioal information and it gives them another 15 days to complete the investiagtion. The worst part is that the dates they tell me they received the stuff does not match the certified return receipt of the actual days information was submited. What can I do now , how do I proceed? they say initial letter was ii-3 and then followup letter was on 11-10 giving them untill 12-16 to finish investigation. that is over 2 months from my original request.
