Any ideas on how an inquiry for CC will look on score? Looks like if approved, one can get an increase in score for more open CL. If not approved, how does that affect one's score? (Assuming few other recent inquiries) Curious ;}
4-6 is a good range. Don't assume score will go up after cc posts. That only works if you have limited cerdit. If you have more than two or three cards, it will probably hurt your score.
I was using info from Equifax Credit simulation once I pull my score thru creditwatch. Plug in what will happen if I apply for a CC with XXXX CL. Then gives a range of credit scores, usually higher. FWIW
