Ok, lawdawgs and dawgettes. I have a quandary. It seems that my wonderful armpit of a state, Georgia, has seen fit to not require licensure of CA's. They have relegated regulation of them to the FTC! Straight from the Secy. of State's office http://www.sos.state.ga.us/misc/faqs.htm How does one go about getting this type of protection in place? Any suggestions on how to get this put into place? Perhaps my state reps? I also know that GA doesn't require bonding either. THIS IS GOING TO CHANGE! My father had a part in getting 1-900 & 1-976 numbers blocked back in the late 80's . I can still remember us going to the Public Service Commission office, and the days of testimony. Perhaps I can have the same effect, and launch into my career in law!
