Well, I sent out disputes for the first time today. I sent them to CSC Credit services (the associates to Equifax). I sure hope they delete them. I sent one letter for three on a dispute letter, and one on a collection letter. Earlier I disputed online with Experian(Credit Expert). I'll start on Trans Union tomorrow. If they don't delete most or all I'll Bug the hell out of them for years until they do. Anyway I guess I'm just going to have to play the waiting game for a month till I recieve my letters back from them. By the way what does everyone think about calling and disputing over the phone? How does that stack up against letters?
By the way I posted under the thread about the letters from trans union. So for those that have already read the thread already. Lexington Law sent out dispute to them in April and May the first i got my letter. Since then I haven't recieved anything. I'm thinking I might have them. They might have to delete now. Should I send the "no credit agency" letter. Whats my next move here? Thanks
