I just got a call from Portfolio Recovery. They are trying to collect on one of my husbands old CITI accounts. I told them he was unavailable during the day and could not receive non emergency calls at work. She said she was going to send out a "Notice". This call is the FIRST contact from any company regarding this debit and I donâ??t want to mess it up. They have 5 days to send us something, right? Has anyone been dealing with them lately? How sharp are their teeth?
