I need some clarification on this: I have a tradeline that says it is to go to positive status as of xx date. Does this mean that it will stay on my reports or will it fall off? It really should be deleted I have proof that it has been re-aged 3 times already. Obviously, it can't be verified correctly. Any input is appreciated. Bobbi
Ok, it's for child support. It went on 3/1994 it should have been taken off on 3/2001 but it was re-aged. However, it states that this item is to go to a positive status. I want it deleted. I have proof of the reaging and I am sending them a letter today telling them to delete. Any help you can give me is greatly appreciated. BTW, it was deleted from TU and EQ it is remaining on EX. If you need anymore info let me know. Bobbi

The report I have is date 12/2001. The report before that was 7/99. On the 7/99 report is said is to go to a positive on 3/2001. The 12/2001 report says it goes positive on 12/2006. Are you interested in what happens after they receive my letter? Bobbi
Ok, as soon as I hear something I'll let you know. I gave them 7 days to complete this little task. Bobbi
