Great! I will be sending Brett my info. He and that board was very helpful during my bankruptcy. I filed Chapter 7 in December 2003 and was discharged in March 2004. First USA charged off the account in February 2004, during the stay. Even after I've written to the CRA twice and First USA once, first USA continues to report CHARGE OFF....every month.....and there is NO reference to Bankruptcy at all.
They should be Included With Bankruptcy with a zero balance.......and the disputing does not work with them.
Now I got a letter....4 months after C7 Discharge....that my account has been sold to Weinstein and no longer with First USA.
