Filed BK CH7 APRIL 2003, DISCHARGED JULY 2003.

Can creditors list all lates, charge offs, collections and INCLUDED IN BK?

or just INCLUDED IN BK is enough, not allowed to put balances, lates, etc...?

    TIA!

I'm fighting to get lates removed. Not sure if they can report them or not. I do know that all amounts should be listed as $0, $0. Maybe somebody can give more advice.

What ever you do, do not mention BK to any of the CRA's -- never, never, never. There are other ways to get them to drop off.

It should show the status of the BK (e.g., discharged C7 or whatever), the status of the account as it existed immediately prior to filing, $0 balance, $0 past due, no date later than the BK filing date.
