I got a post card today from the place i bought my car (anybody can get financed place). the post card said reminding you to make car payment or bring payment to car lot three days before due date. I know it is illegal if finance co (credit acceptance corp) does it,but what about the retailer???

is this a fdcpa or fcba violation??? for the record, I hate cac, they are evil.

The FDCPA is for collection agencies, not an OC.

I don't see any violations, except for violating good sense. I'd write a scathing letter to the manager.
