EXP: Three items verified ( or so they say) TU three items...1 deleted, 2 verified Equ Three verified ( or so they say) This CHOD sucked!!!! at least last year went ok. I only have three items on each report left till its a clean report.......BUMMED! ME
Sent in only one dispute for the EVIL EXP. They blew me off, DEJA VU, claiming "Not enough information provided as to why account is not accurtate." I CERTAINLY DID PROVIDE SUFFICIENT REASON for these tyrants to investigate! Sent a nasty letter back to EXP insisting they comply with the Fair Credit Reporting Act and investigate the account in my original dispute and I EXPECT THE INVESTIGATION to be complete within 30 days of my original dispute. I included a copy of the postal Express Delivery signature of when they received my original dispute and a copy of their blow off letter. So GO AHEAD EXP, IGNORE ME, because I will pursue this, I am actually looking forward to it! I have put up with your perpetual pinocchio lies for over a year now, and I can prove it. EXP has a lot skeletons in their closet regarding their supposed investigations. It will all come out if they ignore this dispute again..........
Disputed 7 with EXP and got 5 remains, 1 deletion and 1 updated that is no longer showing on the report. Not sure if it will be reinserted , but for now it's off. Results from Tu and EQ not do until 12/28/02.
EX was a bust. Disputed 6 30 day lates on one account. Even provided them with a copy of the statement of account showing how they are being reported inaccuratly. They verified everything. Oh well. I went online and disputed all my neg accounts as "included in BK". I have never filed BK. Seems as though they can verify almost everything from what I have been hearing lately, and I just want to see if they will verify BK for the heck of it. Wouldn't that be a great lawsuit?
Made my third procedural request to EX. I guess they got tired of ignoring me but instead of providing me for the information I asked for they placed the 2 items in question under investigation. As of yesterday both of these items were verified. At this point I guess I have no other choice but to file a suit against them.
Chod results from EQ- Nothing! In Oct I disputed all my negs and got some pretty good results, only 5 negs left out of 13 after that. During chod I did a procedural request on those 5 negs and they didn't do it, instead they re-inverstigated all 5. I was hoping to get some deletions out of this but instead they were all "verified" again . Experian was much better , TU not done yet

Chod Update -TU I did pretty good here!!!!!! 11 of 15 derog tradelines gone. 3 judgments gone. 1 collection gone- ARROW 2 inquiries gone, NCO and another one. My open mortgage is also gone ;-( because I disputed the lates but eq and ex updated to never late :>)~ I am now collection and public record free! Now on to the remaining stubborn OC's THANKS CREDITNET!!!!!!!!! Especially Humblemarc,Lizzardking,LKH,Psychdoc, Nave, and all the other vets!!
Great going Kalinka! I finally spoke to someone at TU after umpteen days of runaround. All 8 of my disputes deleted, and one updated to paid as agreed -0- balance. Also got the lady's name and phone number. She wasn't the brightest penny in the bag. Told me since I had another dispute going their system would not allow them to generate an updated report until after that 2nd 30 days was up. Ya know, I just decided to let it go this time.
Congratulations Jlynn!!! I think you and I are the only earlybirds on cnet Let us know how many points your "fico " went up at TU. I went from 545-623 78 point jump ! Now I'm pondering whether I sould try to get my mtg tradeline back on at TU without getting more lates added than I had before Maybe I should leave it alone?
just checked wk since tu only allows one per week BOTH the late pay and the emerge tradeline are G-O-N-E!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! now my wk score is 50... it was 41 the other day now the only last late pay i have is on eq and it will be off by next week or i sue! this is crazy 6/1/02 - 9 late pays on ex, tu, 8 on eq 12/27/02 - ZERO ZILCH NADA late pays now i can go find a woman cuz when she asks "so babe whats your fico?" i can confidently say "im a prime fico baby" LOL
CHOD results(my wifes stuff): EQ- disputed 7... 3 deletetions, one update on date opened, 3 stayed the same exp- disputed 8... 4 gone, 4 stayed the same TU- dont know yet
EX - disputed 6 (3 charge offs, 3 lates)... charge offs verified and lates were previously investigated EQ - disputed 5 charge offs... 3 deleted TU - still waiting... the 30 days is definitely up Has anyone had any luck getting an AMEX charge off deleted? Thats what screwing up all 3 of my reports.
1 Equifax judgement disputed online during CHOD, and was deleted! Whooo Hoooo Is it too late to do EXP now, 1 judgement left??? Don't know why I didn't do it on 11/25.
I am at 50% right now. EX: Disputed two, Both Verfied. I will now send the proc. letter. One was a charge off which never said paid. It now says paid which I read is worse. No change in score though. EQ: Disputed two. 1 Still shown in dispute, 1 not. 33 day mark as of 12/29/02. Hoping for at least one deletion. TU: Perfect! Perfect Credit history with NO derogs. Disputed two and both went away! So awesome checking your report and seeing it "clean". TU score went up 65 points Score now ( Which I would have thought would have gone up more. Does say I owe too much in dept store cards. Only have a Sears card with 152.00 on it and a 1800.00 Limit. Who knows... -Chris
