I made a post yesterday afternoon about a collection company calling me, leaving a voice mail with SSN and a 'small claims court case number'. My question was - can the CC leave a social on vm? UPdate - Spoke with company yesterday and the person handling the claim did say 'oh i see we have a letter from you' This was a validation / cease and desist letter that was sent about 3 years ago! No validation was sent to me and now this. please help
