There website is not compliant with the FDCPA.

Go to the pay link, you don't get the mini-miranda etc.

There was a collector by the name of Mad at collectionindustry.com that got sued for the very same thing and I think she lost.

A CA that was a sole proprietor with no insurance? I knew they were crazy, but that's ridiculous.
