Postal Mail or UPS/FEDEX???

    Can I do either? Or should it be strictly Postal CRRR? It's more convenient for me to send via UPS/FEDEX as I can do that from work. Versus a visit to the P.O after work or on lunch.

    If you can afford it :), and as long as you get a proof of delivery.

    Thanks! I didn't want to compromise the process.
    Is a Tracking printout out enough, or do I need to request Proof of delivery from the delivery company?

    YOU CAN SEND CRRR MAIL FROM THE POSTAL WEB SITE USPS.COM

    Just noticed that you still have to take the letter to the Post Office to send Certified mail. I guess I'll just have to walk over there.
