Hi, This collection record appeared on my credit record. I am certain that i do not owe the debt. How can i go about removing record? I had gone thru BBB to complain to Verizon, and disputes through the CRA, but there has been no progress. Note: I am also currently living overseas, so sending a certified letter of validation seems out of the option for me, unless i send it via courier mail? Appreciate step by step instructions to get AFNI to remove this inaccurate record.
