Has anyone had any luck suing original creditors (OC's) and winning over OC pulling inquiries on included in bankruptcy accounts (IIB)? PP = permissible purpose to pull an inquiry.
Have you done anything to pursue this (ie writing letters)? IMHO if it was IIB then you owe them nothing, have no contractural liability, etc.
Oh yes. I have written more than two letters on each IIB account. I have not gotten any money but sometimes I get a deletion.
Erik I have the exact same problem. an IIB from 2001 pulled my report (soft) in 2003. Have you written to the CRA or the OC asking for the purpuse of the report?
Re: Re: PP and IIB accounts I feel like a dentist Can you clue us in to what you said in your letters (in regards to the no pp), and what was there response?
Re: Re: PP and IIB accounts I don't want to go into specifics as I may be in litigation soon on some of these accounts. The purpose of my question was to see if anyone has had any luck winning law suits on the permissible purpose issue with IIB accounts.
