    I was pre-approved for a platinum mastercard from pec/premier bank.Has anyone heard of them or received this offer?

    I hope the platinum is better than that green visa they offer its loaded with fees. any way did you read the terms of coditions.what did it say.

    This is not for the first premier bank that yiu probably know of.This is one out of Tennessee. The rate is 14.9% and the balance transfer rate is 1.9% for the first nine months. Have you heard of them? pec/premier.

    NO I HAVENT WHAT IS THE FINAL APR DO THEY HAVE AN ANUAL FEE

    THE APR AS OF NOW IS 14.9%. THE RATE IT PRIME PLUS 3.9% WHICH IS PRETTY GOOD, I THINK. I SHOULD HAVE THE CARD WITHIN THE NEXT 3 WEEKS. WILL KEEP YOU POSTED.
