   Cap1 sent my business a preselected card offer. Does that mean I have been pre-selected to apply or I have been preselected to receive the card. I noticed it did not say pre-approved so am I just asking a dumb question.

   yeah...that pre-select garbage is just that...GARBAGE!!! It should be illegal to send that stuff out because some people believe they are Pre-Approved and that is not the case.
