Re: Predatory Borrowers?, Yeah, Right. The people who worked for the Company had a choice, too. The same choice that CC customers have. They could just say no. However, the lure of easy money is what trapped the Company employees...as well as the CC customers of today.
Re: Predatory Borrowers?, Yeah, Right. The company town employees also lived in the middle of no where with no easy mode of transportation to move somewhere else. But what does this have to do with the new BK law? People take jobs all the time that turn out worse than they expcted. The dot com bust proved it. What does it have to do with a law that forces people to pay back money they borrowed? How are my creditors keeping me from getting a better and higher paying job than the one I have? How are my creditors keeping me down?
