I need a prepaid credit card that I can buy for someone else, but will allow me to use my credit card to fund the account. Cobalt Blue won't work this way. Anyone have any really QUICK suggestions?

Huh? You can use American Express, MasterCard or Visa to fund a Cobaltcard account. I'm looking at the funding options on their web page now.

I know, but I was getting the card for someone else, not a child, and they won't let me fund their account with my credit card, I have no idea why.

    You can also try <www.pocketcard.com>
I gave 3 cards as gifts for far away family
members (cheaper than Western Union ;-) and
they are refillable so I can move more money
there when I need to--but now Amex has those
    gift cards at 7-11.
