Preparing to send my disputes

Today I used one of the form letters to draft my disputes to the 3 major credit bureaus and I'm going to be sending them out certified mail tomorrow. Tonight I have been reading some unsettling posts about the credit bureaus reading the CreditNet message boards and am wondering if I should completely change the wording of the letters so they won't be labeled as "frivilous" or leave them as is. I made some minor changes but essentially they are pretty much left as is. Any thoughts?

If these are first time disputes (of items on your credit report) the CRA's cannot label you as frivilous.

    Thanks for the info

Hopefully I can make some progress with this first round of disputes.
