Hello, I have just decided that I have been through enough with Equifax. Personally, I am tired of doing their quality control for them. They have repeatedly verified inaccurate information, and keep reporting duplicate accounts with open dates of 00/0000. WTF??? SO, I am enlisting your help in drafting letters to all 3 about my credit reports. I like LKH's letter, but may not suit my needs. Should I modify it to what my situation is? Any help is appreciated.
Continually verifying this account, an account which has obviously hurt your ability to get credit, is reason enough. Go get 'em Erica! -Dave
Ha. I'm typing up my TU lawsuit right now. Those poor morons actually put their errors in writing. They put "NEW INFORMATION BELOW" and on every tradeline where this new info is supposed to be... not a thing changed. nothing. how dumb do they think I am??? Now, all I wanted were my credit limits added... They did the same thing with the bk. New info. right. I was going to send a letter before suing, but it's only 50. including service. I think I'll just file.
