Nextcard had a similar deal with Experian. When it didn't work (which was often), Experian said it was the fault of Nextcard and to call them. Nextcard said it was the fault of Experian and to call them. I eventually found out that the customer reps for both this service and the regular Credit expert were all in the same room and all of them handled calls that came in, both the regular Credit expert and the Nextcard credit expert. Finally cancelled and got all my money back. It just quit working.
