i am new to the credit card stuff please let me know what a primary card holder means? does the primary card holder be liable for the payments ? if the primary card holder is not able to pay does the secondary card holder have to pay? what if the secondary card holder does not have employment n primary card holder does not make the payments?
primary and secondary card holders are both responsible for the debt. If the account goes delinquent both credit histories are affected
