Priv.Grd. vs. CRA reports

I am currently sending validation letters to the CRA's. I have a membership to Priv. Grd. and I had thought I could use the copy of the CRA's reports that I received from them to dispute. Someone on one of the boards had corrected me by saying the information with P.G. was not complete. O.K. so I got all three reports directly from the CRA's. Now I am really confused. It is not just a matter of the reports not being complete. There is lots and lots of information that was reported to P.G. that I did not get. Mostly the fact that through P.G. I was told of several accounts that had been charged off and now when I get the report from the CRA it says 'pays/paid as agreed'

What does this mean? Does the CRA give worse information to other people than they do to me when I get my own report?

Not to mention that account numbers are not the same and there are some TL's that are either mysteriously missing or some that have just appeared.

Can anyone here enlighten me as to why this is the case? It makes me very angry to think that these CRA's might be giving out worse information to possible creditors.
