I just got off the phone with "Darrell" from P.G concerning the hards placed on mine and my hubby's report. I have never been so rudely treated in my life! This guy actually was yelling at me and patronizing me. I ended up speaking to his sup, and she said that I must file a dispute with TU. to follow up. Any one else come across "DARRELL" or one like him at P.G? I think I will XX my membership. I don't need this! Sorry to start a new thread, couldn't find the original! Thanks guys!!!
You know, that $1000 statutory damage per infraction is there for a reason. If someone was that rude to me and told me that my recourse was simply to "dispute" with Trans Union -- uh, WRONG answer, btw -- then I'd march down to small claims court and file that puppy TODAY. Now, lest you think I'm offering legal advice, I'm no lawyer, so I'm not telling you what to do. On the other hand, I'm happy to tell you what I'D do. Good grief! Doc
