Is anyone else having trouble with PG this morning? I can log in, but when I try to "get my reports" I get an "unresolved host name" error. Just wondering if anyone else was having a problem.
Good morning Hedwig! I just tried PG and it won't let me even sign in. Not on my husbands account, nor mine! Hopefully it will resolve itself soon!
I thought it was just me! I haven't been able to log in since 11/26/03. I thought it was my dsl connection or something. Has anyone called them yet? Michelle
I called them Monday night as I could not get my CR. She put me on hold for a minute then told me my report was ready. When I logged on again, I could get it. Last night - the same thing.
I've called the a couple of times actually! When I signed up (Nov. 18th), it wouldn't let me get my report because they were "unable to verify my identity". This is because Equifax is reporting only my maiden name. I had called Equifax to resolve this matter on 11/15 and was told what to fax... so I faxed it. I called PG again yesterday to cancel because they still weren't letting me get my report. (Equifax still has not updated) They transferred me to 3 different people and pushed my report through. So, yesterday was the one day I was happy with PG. My husbands account with them has been fine until today. Since you've had trouble for so long, maybe you should call. NuB

I couldn't get in this morning...now I can get in, but it won't let me get to my reports. PG used to be really dependable, but lately they seem to go down quite a bit. I'll just wait till they get back up since it seems like a system wide issue.
I just tried again and when I clicked the "get my reports" button it came up with a message that the page was temporarily unavailable and to try later or use some of the other functions. I may just cancel. My 90 days is almost up. I was going to pay for the year, but lately all I have is problems.
Yeah, I just got the same message. What a pain. You pay them for a service and then get jerked around for various reasons.....I've had PG for two months and have been able to actually view my reports twice. Dropping them!
Re: Re: Privacy Guard Problems??? When I called yesterday to cancel, I complained about the waste of the trial period, not even being able to use the service. They said the could give me up to another month free. You could try that route. Hope it helps! NuB

Re: Re: Re: Privacy Guard Problems??? I just got off the phone with them. They said they are having technical difficulties and the techs are working on it, to try again later. Let's just hope the techs work faster than the CRA's!!!
