I couldn't even get in for a while, now I can log in but not see reports. I called customer service yesterday and they just told me to try again today. Now they didn't even answer the phone. I got music, then it sounded like the call was put through somewhere (I could hear a lot of people talking) but there was no one on my line. I kept coughing and saying hello, but no response. After about 5 minutes I hung up. I'll try again shortly.
Re: Re: Re: Privacy Guard Problems? I called them again today and the man that answered the phone told me to submit the form letter in my privacy guard package and they would mail me a paper report. After attempting to be polite and getting nowhere, I began using a few four letter words regarding paying for a service and not getting the service - he transferred me to the internet department. I had access within minutes.
Re: Re: Re: Privacy Guard Problems? Every time I call the number that Nervous NuB gave I get cut off. I called a number that is on the site for customer service (when I could get into the site) and that's where I heard the people talking. I like the service when I can get it.

Privacy Guard Probl I pulled mine, my husbands and my in-laws at about noon today and just to verify i just now looked the report i pulled earlier. thats odd how some can get on and others can't.

Re: Privacy Guard Probl I got while the getting was good. Went on at about 6:45 am and pulled 3 w/ 1 score and 3 w/3. There was no waiting at all. The site moved like it did the first day I signed up. I was happy to get some more *B*.

Re: Privacy Guard Probl FINALLY!!!! I got in, got my report. NervousNuB, it's not that the number was bad. I got through, but when I pushed the button for customer service, I got a busy signal and got cut off. I assume their phones were just overloaded!
