Yes, I just finally got the hard inquiry removed from my Experian report. I cancelled. I didn't think it was worth it, expecially after I found out the inquiries were hard.

"The other" is right. They do place a hard inquiry on Experian (instead of a disclosure inquiry). But it was removed after a dispute. In my book, they suck. Just like Identity Guard (by Intersections). I've yet to find a reliable online monitoring service for TU. Their http://www.creditability.com web site is not bad, but it won't accept new members.
