Was everyone else able to access their reports immediately? It told me it is processing and check back in 24 hours???? I'm guessing it is because of my APO address....man I really want a monitoring service!!!

It only does that if you try to order more than one report in a 24 hour period...

Interesting! It took me from Monday to Wednesday morning to actually get on and get going.

I ordered the first one...pressed submit and I got "Page cannot be displayed" (screwy isp) I hit refresh and it took me back to the order screen. I pressed submit again and that is when I got the check back in 24 hours thing. I don't see any reports for me listed...weird

Go to view past reports, and I bet you'll find your credit report there....

It has worked for me just fine ...$1 isin't bad at all for 90 days

    and over to the left:

    Neighborhood Reports
    Mortgage Calculator

    Loan Calculator

*confused* LOL thanks for trying to help!

Once you are in there keep away from anything on the left side. The way this last poster explains it is correct.

We have an APO address too, and we can pull reports without any problems, but no more than one in 24 hrs.

I got mine ok (only one ever 24 hours) but I signed up for boyfriend too and when it is processing the order I get a tab that says it's having technical difficulties and try again in a few moments every time I try. I called them but they will only speak to him and he is never here when I think to call. I will have to be on the other line when they talk to him because if they ask him user name, password or anything like that he won't know what they are talking about.

Interesting...I have no idea what I did wrong. I have had problems getting credit watch and credit expert b/c of the apo (you know not having an actual state and the area codes not matching up) Should I wait and see what happens?? I am actually ordering for my husband....

I'd call them if you really want to get started.

how did you get to get the APO address to work with no AP/AE anything I usually use CA but says zip does not work with the state? Still clueless about the privacy guard, maybe use an older address that may be on the report?

    hi Bill

I just enrolled in their 3 month for one dollar trial membership.

I signed up ok but when I went to access my report on line it asks for my private access code. I assume this is a code they send to you by regular mail.

Has that been your eperience? Also can you pull a one bureau any time as often as you want as long as its only one in a 24 hour period.

    Thanks
    pb

You are barking up the wrong tree. (LOL)

I'm still as green as a gourd on privacyguard. I did most things by phone and got all the info I needed from them by phone and it still took me nearly 3 days that way.

You better hope somebody answers your post that knows more than I do.

Hmm...I never had an access code mailed to me, perhaps because you have an APO? You can try signing up for the CRA's individual free trials if you are anxious - EX and EQ have one and TU will let you pull once a week for free.

My wife and I both have privacy guard.

With mine I had to call them in order to get it working right.
With my wife's, it worked immediately, no problems.

If you can not pull up a past reprot, then you need to click on the left to run your report, the one w/the 3B credit score. I like Privacyguard b/c it gives all three bureau's.

I usually put APO Ae for City and then NY for state since I *think* all apo/fpo mail goes through NY I usually don't have a problem using NY for a state but sometimes I will have a problem using an area code.
