    That's the message I get everyday for my boyfriend's account. I emailed too and the email response just gives a phone number to call.

    I tried to resubmit it from that page and got as far as an order number and then I got the same message. I went back to my "home" hoping maybe what Eric said was what happened but sure enough no previous reports were listed. I tried to order another one and started from scratch again LOL I guess I will just have my hub (its his reports) tomorrow.

    Here's the message they emailed me with a 7 day a week number:

    Hi Ruby

    Thanks for that tech support # I just called them and they say that it will request a private access number when you do something on the web site that the computer does not like ROTFL
    That covers a lot! I did have to change browsers as it did not like my old netscape.
    Any way, it seems I will have to call during normal business hours to get my private access code.

    New west coast number from tech support to get private access code 1 888 609 2455

    Almost looks like they don't want your business doesn't it.

    Well at this point you could try to talk to a human and determine why you don't exist or you could just say the hell with it and save your energy.

    Why is there no rest for the weary?
